With a wealth of experience of looking after animals, we think it is very important to meet clients and their pets before providing any service, just to make sure that we both feel that we are the right people to take care of your precious pet(s) and that we fully understand your needs.  We treat all pets as if they were our own and aim to 'mirror' the way you care for your pet, so that they are kept in a familiar routine. What we offer is peace of mind that your pet will be well looked after in your absence.  There is no charge for the initial consultation and you are not obliged to proceed.

  • We are reliable and honest and have a genuine love of animals 

  • All our pet sitters/dog walkers are non-smokers

  • Pet sitters and dog walkers are introduced to the client before carrying out any service (unless in the case of a last minute service when this may not be possible)

  • All pet sitters/dog walkers are covered by our insurance and have DBS checks in place

  • The safety and well-being of your pet is our highest priority

  • We offer a bespoke service to suit your needs

  • We only walk one owner's dog(s) at a time (in all weathers!)

  • Dogs are picked up and dropped off on foot, no vans or pack walking

The Furry Dogmother is insured by Cliverton Insurance and the policy includes;

  • Public Liability

  • Care, Custody & Control

  • Employers Liability

  • Key replacement/locks and call out charges for intruder alarms
